- 01Why has a certificate that was here last week disappeared?
- Its validity date passed. An expired certificate is removed from the site and from the datasheet on the day it expires, and is never shown as current.
- 02Is the datasheet on the site the same as the PDF?
- Yes. The PDF is generated from the same fields the page shows, from the same specification dictionary — there are never two different numbers for one product.
- 03I need a document that is not listed here.
- Send the model code through the contact page. An engineer replies, not a mailbox, and if the document exists but is not yet published you will be told when it will be.
